Meet the team

Linda Weiss

My passion for travel led me to leave my career in the photography industry and dedicate my time to inspiring others to see the world. Nearly 18 years later, I’ve helped people explore the globe and indulged my curiosity for more unusual destinations. My travel experiences range from luxury African safaris to exploring the Stans of the Silk Road and road trips up the USA’s west coast. There’s nothing like the peace of early mornings or the thrill of making unexpected discoveries off the beaten path.
I will never forget….
  • Antarctica – Magical landscapes, unforgettable wildlife experiences and the incredible silence; no words can describe how truly special this continent is!
  • Russia & The Baltics  Standing in Red Square, Moscow and wandering through the beautiful medieval cities of Tallinn & Riga.
  • Georgia – The wonderful hospitality of the Georgian people and tasting the unique local wines.
  • Myanmar – Exploring the Temples of Bagan by bike.
  • Uganda – Staring into the eyes of the Mountain Gorillas and the sound of the male’s chest beating.
  • Uzbekistan – Being mesmerised by the UNESCO World Heritage sites in Samarkand, Bukhara & Khiva.
  • Turkey – Hot Air Ballooning over Cappadocia.
  • New York – Getting lost in Central Park.
  • Cambodia – Watching the sunrise over Angkor wat Temple.
  • Buenos Aires – Shopping for treasures at San Telmo Market.
  • Peru – The views over Machu Picchu from the Sun Gate.
  • Morocco – The mouth-watering smell of tagines cooking whilst walking the streets of Marrakesh
It would be a dream come true to….
  • Witness the Aurora Borealis
  • Trek to the top of Angel Falls, Venezuela
  • Visit the Polar Bears in the Arctic
Off the beaten track highlights…
  • The Silk Road – The people, architecture and landscapes of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan & Kazakhstan.
  • Central America – Everything – ancient ruins, cultures, beaches, volcanos & jungles.
  • Cuba – Horseback riding through Tobacco plantations and meeting the local cigar makers.
I was pleasantly surprised by…
  • Cape Town – A fantastic city full of world class cafes and restaurants. Not to mention the breath taking backdrop of Table Mountain.
  • Azerbaijan – The very cosmopolitan capital, Baku, blends UNESCO listed sights, skyscrapers and multicultural influences.
  • Panama – The seven islands of the Bocas del Toro – one of the most biologically diverse places on earth!

We’ve had a fabulous time in Portugal, outstanding guide, great food and wine and the National Geographic tour was superb. What a wonderful country, lovely people and great sights.

We got back from hol on Saturday and just want to say a massive thank you for all your correspondence with us and bookings that you did. We had an absolute ball and it was an adventure of a lifetime for us. A real dream come true! Loved the US and we are already planning of going back! The RHCP concert was out of this world! Here we are back in cold rainy Chch and it's not really where I want to be right now. Haha. The Beresfords Arms was perfect for our fam and the bonus of breakfast and wine and cheese in the arvo, was amazing! Car hire ran smoothly and the pickup location to hotel was fantastic! The drop off was also awesome! Hope to email you again soon with another dream!
USA, Bree
The Intrepid tour was fantastic too. Visited many interesting places. The old colonial towns and Aztec and Maya sites are my favourites. Caye Caulker was nice. And all of Guatemala.
Central America, Arthur
We had a lovely family time. Worked out well overall at Plantation & Musket Cove. Plantation had several great playgrounds suitable for the infant's age (20 months) & more choices for food to purchase which was good. Could have done with a few more loungers around the pool at Musket .. but overall very good. The garden bures at Musket were very well spaced & private & lovely setting
