Unforgettable Adventures in Morocco: A Journey Through Sand, History, and Flavour
I have so many great memories from my time exploring Morocco, that it’s hard to pick just one favourite!
From camel trekking through the Sahara Desert at sunset and sleeping under the starry desert skies to getting lost in the maze-like alleys of the Medinas and overlooking the Tanneries of Fez, Morocco is full of unforgettable experiences. I loved shopping in Marrakesh, visiting the Roman ruins of Volubilis, and marvelling at the stunning landscapes. Hearing the call to prayer, visiting the impressive Hassan II Mosque, and exploring ancient Kasbahs were highlights, and I can’t forget eating more than my body weight in delicious tagines and couscous.
There are so many “must-dos” in Morocco that it should be on everyone’s bucket list. I’ve been lucky enough to visit twice and can’t wait to return someday to explore even more.
